We accept the following payment options:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
  • Bank Transfer (IMPS Only)
  • Cash Payment (Available at office only)
  • Online payment links (shared by our team)

After making the payment, please share the payment screenshot or transaction ID with our team via WhatsApp or email for quick confirmation.

Note : Payment details will be shared only through our official contact numbers and email.

Booking & Advance Payment Policy

  • To confirm any tour package, an advance payment of Only ₹2,000 of the total tour cost is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip or as discussed with our team.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt is shared.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges depend on the tour type, destination, and time of cancellation. Tour cancellation charges are up to ₹499 only.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Certain bookings like hotels or transport may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.

Safety & Transparency

  • YatriLok does not ask for payments on personal numbers or unknown links.
  • Payments should always be made only to the YatriLok owner’s account or through the QR code provided on our website.
  • Always verify payment details before transferring money.
  • Keep your payment receipts until the trip is completed.
